A Message from Vic

For those of you reading, this is Victoria (Vic). I can't explain how excited, yet nervous I am for Haiti. Growing up, I have always wanted to go overseas to a third world country to make our great and mighty Lord's name known. I watched my sister go to Jamaica a few years ago and it really inspired me to want to go even more. In case you don't know anything about me, I am one of those people who like to bring smiles to people's faces and share the good news. It's something that just keeps me having a strong foundation with Christ. I feel like this mission trip will further my walk with Him and make me really find my meaning in this world. Who knows, maybe I'm meant to be a missionary? Maybe not. I feel like this will definitely realize how grateful I should be for everything I have, especially my amazing family and friends. Please be in prayer for us as we leave Saturday morning at 1. Pray that we will be the hands and feet of the Lord. Pray that we all stay healthy and bring healing to those in pain. Also, pray that this may be one of the most eye-opening trips for all of us. Pray that our eyes be open and our hearts filled with His love. Thanks for reading my post! God bless.
